He developed a fully automated mobile application for drivers with a seamless user experience to support quick onboarding, navigation, and application for customers to book, track the cab ride. He built a general-purpose workflow solution in multiple markets that involved case processing and critical communication. He also digitally enabled the Education Industry business to sell courses online, enhanced security/tracking features, increased revenues to 3X with fully enabled technology solutions. Pradeep has built several small products month on month managing lean teams focused on problem-solving for customers and businesses. Pradeep's education background includes a Bachelor's and Master's in Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
